The XSL-2000S Salad Paper Bowl Machine features a desktop-style structure that separates the forming mold from the transmission system to ensure product hygiene, easier maintenance, and stable long-term performance. The transmission unit is fully enclosed beneath the table frame with automatic lubrication, a longitudinal shaft drive, and a barrel-type indexing mechanism for smooth and durable operation.
Equipped with PLC control, photoelectric tracking, and servo feeding, the XSL-2000S provides accurate forming and consistent output. It supports the production of 16oz–46oz salad bowls and can be connected to the XSL-1500TW paper bowl sleeve machine to produce double-wall or ripple-wall bowls. A visual inspection system can also be integrated for automatic quality detection.
